Skills Competition


In order to move forward the strategy of strenthening enterprises with talents, encourage our staff to gain professional skills, enhance team abilities, and improve product quality, we have recently held a skills competition among production, engineering, quality control and staff training departments with the help of the labor union. After one months time, all events were successfully completed and we have achieved our goal of this competition.



一、組織有序。

為使本次技能競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)能有序開(kāi)展,按照軸承加工的生產(chǎn)特點(diǎn),確定各參賽項(xiàng)目的比賽方式、評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。各參賽人員分別進(jìn)行了軸承生產(chǎn)理論知識(shí)、軸承座車加工、基準(zhǔn)面加工、磨床換品種調(diào)機(jī)、砂輪調(diào)試、成品檢測(cè)等較有代表性的競(jìng)賽。


二、目的明確,積極向上。

本次技能競(jìng)賽,旨在幫助職工形成技能素質(zhì)提升的良性循環(huán)氛圍,調(diào)動(dòng)職工參與集體活動(dòng)的積極性。對(duì)技能競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)中的好做法、好經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)發(fā)揚(yáng),促使職工在思想上積極轉(zhuǎn)變觀念。為推動(dòng)技能競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)深入健康的發(fā)展,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量起到良好的導(dǎo)向作用。


三、立足生產(chǎn)需求,貼近實(shí)際不搞浮夸

開(kāi)展職工技能競(jìng)賽的目的是培養(yǎng)造就一支高技能人才隊(duì)伍,貼近生產(chǎn)、貼近實(shí)際是本次競(jìng)賽的著重點(diǎn)。在選取競(jìng)賽工序時(shí),將可比性強(qiáng)和具有代表性的工種納入技能競(jìng)賽。使技能競(jìng)賽活動(dòng)貼近生產(chǎn)實(shí)際、促進(jìn)職工技能素質(zhì)不斷提升。通過(guò)本次競(jìng)賽,在員工間營(yíng)造提高技能水平、滿足生產(chǎn)需求、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的良性氛圍。

四、本次技能競(jìng)賽的體會(huì)與思考

回顧這次生產(chǎn)技能競(jìng)賽,我們應(yīng)該認(rèn)識(shí)到,組織開(kāi)展技能競(jìng)賽活動(dòng),是以“提升員工技能素質(zhì)、促進(jìn)職工學(xué)技練藝、不斷提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量”為中心思想,通過(guò)開(kāi)展技能競(jìng)賽活動(dòng),激發(fā)職工立足崗位、提高技能的工作熱情。職工通過(guò)參加競(jìng)賽、展示技能,提升自身價(jià)值,培養(yǎng)學(xué)技練藝、敬業(yè)愛(ài)崗的良好風(fēng)尚。

在肯定成績(jī)的同時(shí),也還存在一些問(wèn)題和不足:一是職工隊(duì)伍整體技能素質(zhì)依舊偏低,部分關(guān)鍵崗位出現(xiàn)人才斷檔和高技能人才流失的現(xiàn)象,表現(xiàn)在參賽職工多數(shù)都是在本工序工作了十年以上的老員工,而一些工作年限較短的職工則表現(xiàn)出自信心不足,不敢報(bào)名參賽的缺憾;二是部分職工學(xué)技術(shù)、練技能的積極性、主動(dòng)性與與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的社會(huì)環(huán)境還不相適應(yīng);三是各單位對(duì)職工技能素質(zhì)提升活動(dòng)的組織引導(dǎo)以及技能培訓(xùn)的質(zhì)量和實(shí)效仍需加強(qiáng);四是需要加強(qiáng)新進(jìn)員工在價(jià)值索求與自身理論知識(shí)、技能水平提升的機(jī)制建設(shè)及探求。
